convenient stay with great access
metro access lovely area useful storage
The metro was really close, which helped a lot. i found the reception area quite lovely and the staff checked me in quickly. the baggage storage was especially useful and easy. It made my travels smoother.
The air conditioning felt very off. I could not control the temperature, and it affected my sleep.

the hotel's proximity to a metro station was convenient. i found several restaurants and cafés nearby, a great perk. pablo's check-in service was very helpful too.
the room felt quite small, especially the bathroom. i noticed the walls seemed thin, as i often heard noise from neighbors. towel hooks were constantly falling out of the wall, an inconvenience.

the location was quite good, a short walk to the metro.
The room was smaller than expected. the bathroom felt cramped. At my height, using the toilet was difficult because my knees nearly touched the wall. there also wasn't space for luggage.

broken leg dirty heater
the heating system did not work in my room, therefore i tried to contact reception using the phone. sadly, the microphone was not working, so i had to go downstairs to inform the staff in person. they gave me a large electrical heater, but did not offer to bring it to the room, they just handed it over to me. the heater was quite dirty and sticky, and it had a broken leg, it made it unstable, so i had to lean it against the wall.

The location had proximity to the Metro station. This made traveling quite simple. Cleanliness was very apparent throughout the facility! Several restaurants nearby provided convenient dining alternatives. I appreciated the water fountain for refilling my water bottle. This was a thoughtful amenity.
The room size was smaller. It was less spacious than expected. I found the tight space a bit limiting for luggage storage.

The location was good, the eiffel tower was a short walk away. Many food options were also nearby! The room was clean.
